  4. This is the first public release of "Filer", a File Manager for OS 2.0. This
  5. is shareware and costs $15. Instructions are included as LaTeX sourcecode.
  6. People with no access to LaTeX may read the instruction with a normal pager,
  7. just ignore the format commands.

  9. This version is a demo version, "Format" and "Add" are missing, the direc-
  10. tory cache will only keep two directories and the "TOOL"-option in the config
  11. file will be ignored. Look at the comments in the config file for more
  12. information.

  14. "Filer" is free to be spread on public-domain and shareware disks as long as
  15. they are sold for a reasonable charge that is less than $6. For use in
  16. commercial products the permission of the author is required. "Filer" may also
  17. be uploaded on INTERNET-FTP-servers.
